One-2-One Sessions
James is a very highly experienced therapist and success coach. He helps his clients to make major, long-lasting changes to their lives - and to take control of their lives in order to achieve their goals and dreams. James specialises in smoking cessation, all forms of anxiety, weight management, eating disorders,stress management. phobias,addictions, confidence and personal development.
The Session
The first part of your session will be for James to understand the desired outcome you wish to achieve. The rest of your session will be for Advanced Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) or other dynamic techniques to help you achieve your goals..
At the end of your session you will have time for review and feedback. Depending on the reason for your visit further sessions may be required.
A session can last up to 90 minutes as James says:"A session can last up to 90 minutes as I believe in taking as much time as needed to ensure the most effective outcome".
